Simplified letter of invitation (for 3-year validity). "A copy of business invitation letter from the host company in the destination country. The letter should be on company letterhead, be signed, and stamped with the company's corporate seal. It must specifically request a ""3-year multiple entry business visa."" The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Russia in Washington, D.C., written in Russian, and contain the following information:
• Personal information of the applicant: Full name exactly as appears in passport (in English), date of birth, sex, citizenship and passport details.
• Details of visit: Details of visit: Purpose of visit (business), number of entries (multiple), cities to be visited, address of stay/hotels, and must specifically request the visa be valid for a period of 3 years, regardless of your actual travel plans. The dates must be a full 3 years exactly, i.e. 04 July 2016 - 03 July 2019.
• Host organization: Full name, official address and contact information, taxpayer ID number, and the name and position of the signing individual.

Travel registration. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that nationals register with embassies of their home country based in the countries they visit.

A NOTARIZED written application of a citizen of the Russian Federation addressed to the head of the consular institution for joint entry into the Russian Federation for up to 90 days by members of his family, spouse, or minor children who are foreign citizens (This form MUST BE NOTARIZED).

Letter of Invitation. A NOTARIZED letter of invitation from your host in Russian Federation. The letter from your host must be written in Russian, and should contain the following information:• Full name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, address of registration, and address of residence of the inviting party.
• Full name(in both Russian AND English), date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, and resident address of the applicant.
• Specifically request a "3 year multiple entry private visa for the period dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy" (ie. 15 February 2017 - 14 February 2020).
• The purpose of travel, cities to be visited, and address of stay. Please see the below sample letters: If your host is currently in Russia; If your host is currently in the United States. Notarization instructions can be found here.

Host's ID. All 3-year visa applicants must provide copies of the following items that apply:
•Your host’s Russian INTERNATIONAL passport information page.
•Your host’s Russian NATIONAL passport information page.
•Your host’s “registration stamp” in their national passport
•Your host’s status (Green Card/long-term US visa) in the USA, if applicable.

Or, if your host is not a Russian citizen:
•Your host’s passport information page.
•A copy of your host’s valid Russia Residence Permit that is valid for the full 3 year visa duration requested.

• Details of visit: period of requested visa (3 years), number of entries(multiple), purpose of visit, cities to be visited, and address of stay.
• Host organization: Full name, official address, contact information, taxpayer number, and the name and position of the signing individual.

The letter should be on company letterhead, be signed, and stamped with the company's corporate seal. It must specifically request a ""3-year multiple entry business visa."" The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Russia in Washington, D.C., written in Russian, and contain the following information:
• Personal information of the applicant: Full name exactly as appears in passport (in English), date of birth, sex, citizenship and passport details.
• Details of visit: Details of visit: Purpose of visit (business), number of entries (multiple), cities to be visited, address of stay/hotels, and must specifically request the visa be valid for a period of 3 years, regardless of your actual travel plans. The dates must be a full 3 years exactly, i.e. 04 July 2016 - 03 July 2019.
• Host organization: Full name, official address and contact information, taxpayer ID number, and the name and position of the signing individual.

The letter from your host must be written in Russian, and should contain the following information:• Full name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, address of registration, and address of residence of the inviting party.
• Full name(in both Russian AND English), date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, and resident address of the applicant.
• Specifically request a "3 year multiple entry private visa for the period dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy" (ie. 15 February 2017 - 14 February 2020).

The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Embassy of Russia, Visa Section", and must be signed and sealed. The letter must be written in Russian and contain the following information:
• Personal information of the applicant: first, middle, and last names, date of birth, sex, citizenship, and passport details.
• Details of visit: period of requested visa (3 years), number of entries(multiple), purpose of visit, cities to be visited, and address of stay.
• Host organization: Full name, official address, contact information, taxpayer number, and the name and position of the signing individual.

Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form.

Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

Passport-type photograph. Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

Contract. Please provide one copy of the contract you have between the entity you are visiting, working for or providing service to in Russia. This document can be a soft copy and must show the relationship between the two entities and reasons for visiting Russia.

Electronic copies of documents. Please, upload electronic copies/scans of all the requested documents to your application when you apply.

Original letter of invitation. Original business letter of invitation approved by the Russian Federal Migration Service, a Telex number OR an electronic invitation with the name of the inviting organization issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (These letters of invitation may be obtained through VisaHQ at an additional cost. You will find details below)

Visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Russia visa application, prepared by our system under your account. Application forms cannot be double sided, please print on one side.

Health insurance. Proof of international health insurance and specifically covering travel to the destination country is required. Applicants can get a free quote and purchase valid travel insurance from our affiliate.

AIM Tourist invitation. Applicants must be in possession of an invitation which states the applicant's purpose of visit as AIM tourism (special purpose tourism). VisaHQ can provide this invitation as part of your order for an additional $50.00.

Proof of status. The inviting party must provide a valid Russian passport and documents confirming the relationship (marriage and/or birth certificate), as well as a copy of the US status document (US passport or Green card).

Letter of Invitation. A NOTARIZED written application of a citizen of the Russian Federation addressed to the head of the consular institution for joint entry into the Russian Federation for up to 90 days by members of his family, spouse, or minor children who are foreign citizens (This form MUST BE NOTARIZED).
