  • Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form.

  • Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

  • Passport-type photograph. Include 2 passport style photos, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

  • Business Support Letter. A support letter (soft copy acceptable) from the sending company in the United States which introduces the applicant, states the nature of the trip, and specifies the type and desired validity of the visa. Here is the sample format for this letter.

  • Invitation letter (Telex). A confirmation received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Formal written request for issuance of visa must be submitted by the inviting organization in Uzbekistan (Government office, Embassy or representative office etc.) to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

  • Visa application form. Fully completed and signed 2 application forms.

  • Passport-type photograph. Include 2 passport style photos, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

  • Passport copy. A photocopy of passport (only main page of passport with personal data and photo).

  • Original passport. The original passport (passport must be in good condition, not torn or damaged and has at least ONE blank page to affix visa).

  • Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form.

  • Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

  • Multiple entry visa. A letter explaining the need for a multiple entry visa.

  • Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form.

  • Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

  • Passport-type photograph. Include 2 passport style photos, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

  • Proof of status. A copy of immigration status in the United States such as a resident card, work, or study permit. VisaHQ cannot assist US B1/B2 visa holders at this time.

    Foreign citizens, who are under 16 are eligible for a visa - free regime. They should provide an international passport or a biometric travel document and have to be accompanied by their legal guardians. They may enter and stay in Uzbekistan for the validity period of the entry visa of the accompanying person, but no longer than 90 days from the date of entry into Uzbekistan. In case if foreign citizen reaches the age of 16 during stay in Uzbekistan, an exit visa is issued by the Main Department of Migration and Registration of Citizenship of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan COVID-19 travel restrictions

  • Entry is open
    Uzbekistan's borders are open for travelers, while many domestic restrictions are mostly lifted. International flights have resumed operations.
    Prior to arrival requirements
    Valid passport. Valid national passport with at least 6 month remaining validity after the date of departure.
    Valid visa. Please see the instructions above if visa is needed and apply.
    Negative COVID-19 test. All arrivals to Uzbekistan must present a negative PCR test, no older than 72 hours in English or Russian language. All arrivals will be screened at the airport.
    Upon arrival restrictions
    🏠Quarantine. Arrivals to Uzbekistan from yellow and red countries are required to quarantine for 14 days.
