- Entry is openSaint Lucia is open for arrivals by air and sea. Travelers are considered “Fully Vaccinated” once two weeks has passed since the second dose of the two-shot vaccine or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. 5 years and over, you are required to submit a covid-19 PCR test done within 5 days of arrival into Saint Lucia.
