    Peru COVID-19 travel restrictions

    • Entry is open
      Peru's borders have opened for vaccinated travelers, while domestically Peru is introducing many restrictions.

      The entry to Peru of non-resident foreigners from South Africa or those who have made a stopover in the said country in the last 14 days is suspended until 12 December 2021.
      Prior to arrival requirements
      Valid passport. Valid national passport with at least 6 month remaining validity after the date of departure.
      Valid visa. Please see the instructions above if visa is needed and apply.
      Negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival taken up to 72 hours before departure flight. Presenting a vaccination card will no longer substitute a PCR test. Having a vaccination card is no longer a requisite to enter Peru.
      📝Health form. Individuals who are entering Peru are required to fill out the Affidavit of Health Status and Health Declaration Form 72 hours prior to flight schedule.
      Upon arrival restrictions
      Quarantine: Mandatory quarantine is only necessary for Peruvian citizens and residents coming from South Africa. Mandatory quarantine is no longer required for
      passengers coming in with negative COVID-19 test.
