The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Pakistan, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in the destination country.

For minors under the age of 18 traveling with/without parents, consent of both parents/legal guardians, either through a notarized certificate or by an authorization signed in front of the visa officer. Copies of both parents’ passports are required.
If sponsored by spouse/parents, Passport and UAE Visa copy of the sponsor as well as a copy of birth/ marriage certificate must be submitted.

If sponsored by spouse/parents, Passport and Visa copy of the sponsor as well as a copy of birth/ marriage certificate must be submitted.

No Objection Certificate. Original letter from your employer on business letterhead, addressed to "The Embassy of the destination country, Visa Section". The letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify the applicant's name, passport number, and employment status/position held in the company).
List the applicant's monthly salary and specify the duration of employment.
State that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job after your trip.
