Individuals who have compelling reasons and vital jobs such as diplomats, health workers and researchers; drivers who transport passengers and goods; foreign seafarers; military personnel and humanitarians are exempt from Montenegro entry restrictions.Prior to arrival restrictionsValid passport. Valid national passport with at least 6 month remaining validity after the date of departure.Valid visa. Please see the instructions above if you need visa and apply.Negative COVID-19 test: Unvaccinated visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 72 for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 48 for Antigen (quick-test) hours before departing to Montenegro.
Fully vaccinated visitors with approved vaccination certificates do not need to present a negative COVID-19 test.Upon arrival restrictions🏠Quarantine -: Citizens of Montenegro, as well as arrivals from EU, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Israel, Kosovo, Moldova, Norway, Kazakhstan, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, or the US without test results, will be required to quarantine for 14 days.
